One has experienced really traumatic weeks, months and even years of fleeing.

And will probably still experience it here and there.

But the most important step now, is how to deal with the topic of integration.

How do we manage this integration?

The longer I am in this project, the more important this question seems to me.

And the more helpless one feels because of the missing solutions.

And then, creativity is needed.
